Event: On August 6, 2020, the U.S. Department of State rescinded the Global Health Advisory – Level 4 and issued a country-specific Jordan Health Advisory – Level 3 advising U.S. citizens, including those who live abroad, to reconsider travel to Jordan due to the global impact of COVID-19. Other specific conditions are detailed in the country’s Travel Advisory.
Travelers should be prepared for travel restrictions to be put into effect with little or no advance notice.
